Cindy, your Immersion Guide, has been mentoring and coaching her entire professional life.
Cindy has been a successful and sought-after coach utilizing a traditional hourly-based coaching methodology, but sometimes there’s just not enough time to work on broader, future-oriented ideas, or to dig deeply into problems or opportunities when daily tactical issues are in the forefront.
Through the Immersion program, Cindy has been able to redefine the traditional coaching model into something more focused and action-oriented. Designed as a 3-day, forward-thinking, private coaching experience at her ranch, Cindy guides you to see the bigger picture and purpose of what you’re moving toward. She works with you to deal with any blocks getting in your way and helps you focus in on the specifics of your personal or business vision. And then, Cindy assists you in defining an action plan so you can see how to step into your Nxt.
Through Follow-up Coaching, you can continue to work with Cindy to implement your action plan created during the Immersion. Her unique coaching methodology provides you with the accountability, guidance and motivation you need in order to keep moving forward into your Nxt.

Cindy, your Immersion Guide, has been a mentor her entire professional life and has been coaching professionally since 2010.
While she has enjoyed and mastered the art of coaching, she was always frustrated with the limitations of working within a timeframe of one-hour sessions with her clients. There was never enough time to work on broader, future-oriented ideas when more tactical issues were always in the forefront.
Cindy believed there had to be a different way to work with her clients. A way in which they could explore and focus on new and bigger visions for life and work.
This led to Cindy Finding her Nxt.
The Immersion.
The Immersion takes place at the beautiful, 35-acre
CC Blue Ranch, just outside of Ridgway, Colorado.
While at the Ranch, you’ll stay in CC Blue’s gorgeous
modern guest house, enjoy delicious homemade meals,
and enjoy the rhythm and flow of ranch and farm life.
