Explore the Ranch

The Immersion takes place at CC Blue Ranch, a magnificent 35-acre property in Southwest Colorado, just outside the charming town of Ridgway. CC Blue is a working ranch where we grow and raise much of our own food, and the gourmet homemade meals we serve our guests. The Ranch features a main house, multiple guest houses, an extensive garden and greenhouse, a state-of-the-art barn with more than 35 animals, and a unique dance hall for dancing and dance lessons.

Cindy and her partner, Matthew, purchased the property in 2009 and have since turned it into the ranch of their dreams. They relish opening up the ranch and their home to guests of The Immersion.

The Guest House

While at the Ranch, you will stay in CC Blue’s 5-Star Guest House with panoramic views of the San Juan Mountains. Your private suite is separate from the main house. It includes all of the comforts and amenities of home, including a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and full bath with a soaker tub and heated floors. Meals and working sessions take place in the main house, which is a short 3-minute walk away. In the Guest House you will enjoy privacy and a place all to your own for contemplation and relaxation.

The Culinary Experience

The First Gentleman of The Immersion, Matthew, is also the head chef. All of your meals are made from scratch using the freshest ingredients harvested directly from the Ranch. Our menus are customized to each guest, designed to provide you with a one-of-a-kind and unforgettable culinary experience. While no two menus are alike, you can look forward to farm fresh eggs, wild caught fish, freshly baked breads, signature sauces, homemade ice creams in a variety of exotic flavors, and many more culinary delights.

SUSTAINABILITY

Stewards of the Land

CC Blue Ranch was thoughtfully designed with the natural environment in mind. The south-facing main residence takes full advantage of the powerful Colorado sun. The entire property runs almost exclusively on wind- and solar-generated power. We reuse and repurpose as much as possible to minimize impact on the land.

THE ANIMALS

Our 4-Legged Family

The Ranch is home to more than 35 animals, including miniature horses, mischievous donkeys, plucky chickens, playful goats, gleeful pigs, happily grazing cows, and our ranch dog “bosses”, Finn and Charlee.
